The questions people actually ask, answered plainly. If yours isn't here, a licensed provider can answer it during your consultation.
Jellyphysh is a marketing and referral company. We run this website, publish education about the treatments offered through it, and provide non-clinical support. Jellyphysh does not practice medicine. Medical care is provided by independent licensed providers of Swell Healthcare, the medical group assigned to you, using CareValidate's technology platform.
Right now, Sermorelin, NAD+, hormone therapy for perimenopause and menopause, GLP-1 weight management, PT-141, glutathione, and GHK-Cu cream. We add treatments only when the sourcing is legal, they're medically appropriate, and we can explain the evidence honestly.
Short chains of amino acids that act as signals in the body. Some are made naturally, and some prescription medications are lab-made versions of them. Sermorelin, for example, mimics a signal your brain uses to trigger growth hormone release.
No. Our compounded medications, including Sermorelin, NAD+, compounded hormones, compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, and other peptides, are prepared by licensed U.S. compounding pharmacies for individual patients. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved and have not been reviewed by the FDA for safety, efficacy, or quality. Brand-name GLP-1 medications such as Wegovy® and Zepbound® are FDA-approved products, which are different from compounded versions. A licensed provider decides which option, if any, is appropriate for you.
Many online peptide sellers sell “research chemicals” that are not for human use, with no prescription, no provider, and no pharmacy oversight. Here, a licensed provider decides whether treatment is right for you, and a licensed U.S. pharmacy fills your prescription.
A licensed provider of Swell Healthcare, the independent medical group that provides care through CareValidate's platform. Your provider may be a physician, nurse practitioner, or physician assistant, and will be licensed where you're located. CareValidate provides the technology platform and non-clinical services to the medical group. Jellyphysh does not provide medical care.

Pick a treatment and start the consultation. It's a secure online questionnaire. A licensed provider reviews it and decides whether treatment fits you. See every step.
Often not. Your provider decides, based on your health history, the treatment, and the rules in your state. Some states require a live visit before certain treatments can be prescribed.
It depends on the treatment and your health history. Some treatments usually require labs before and during treatment; for others, your provider decides. If labs are needed, your provider will tell you what's required.
We provide care and support to patients in all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. Availability of specific services may vary by state based on provider licensure and applicable regulations, but our platform supports nationwide access to care. Some states have extra requirements, such as a live video visit, which the intake will tell you about.
Then it's not right for you, and they'll tell you why. The hold on your card is released, and there's no upsell or waitlist pitch.
No. All prescriptions are filled and shipped by the licensed U.S. pharmacies in our partner network, listed above.
It depends on the treatment and the plan you choose. Every price includes provider review, medication and shipping. Sermorelin and NAD+ start at $199 per month, with lower monthly costs on 3-, 6- and 12-month plans. Hormone therapy starts at $289 for 3 months. GLP-1 medications start at $239 per month. You're billed per your chosen plan until you cancel, and checkout shows the actual charge and billing schedule before you pay.
Payment does not guarantee a prescription. At checkout, a hold is placed on your card for your first charge. You're charged only when a licensed provider prescribes the treatment in your order. If nothing is prescribed, the hold is released. If your provider prescribes something different or at a higher price, you'll be asked to approve it first. After that, your subscription renews at the same price and schedule, with a reminder before each renewal, until you cancel. Charges appear as “Jellyphysh LLC” on your statement.
Provider review, your medication, shipping, and messaging with your care team in the patient portal.
No. All treatments are cash-pay. No claims are submitted to insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, or any other payor program.
Anytime, up to 48 hours before your next billing date. Select “Cancel Subscription” in your patient portal. No phone call is needed, and giving a reason is optional. If a charge goes through after a successful cancellation, it will be refunded. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
You can't pause or change your delivery schedule yourself. Send a request through the messages tab in the patient portal and the care team will handle it. You can also request a new treatment from the portal. Changes need to be requested at least 48 hours before your next billing date.
Refunds are handled separately from cancellation. You may get a refund if you were charged in error, were charged for a renewal after a successful cancellation, your order can't be filled, or a provider finds you're not eligible before your order is filled. If you ask to cancel, the team will try to stop your order before it ships. Once an order has shipped, it can't be canceled or refunded unless there was an error on our side, and charges for clinical services already provided are nonrefundable. To request a refund, or to report a damaged or incorrect order within 7 days of delivery (with a photo), send a message through the messages tab in the patient portal. Details are in theCancellation & Refund Policy.
It depends on the treatment. Each treatment page lists who should not use it: Sermorelin, NAD+, hormone therapy and GLP-1 weight management. A licensed provider reviews your health history and will tell you if a treatment isn't right for you.
It depends on the treatment, the form, and your health. Each treatment page sorts side effects into what's normal, what to mention to your provider, and when to get help right away: Sermorelin, NAD+, hormone therapy and GLP-1 weight management.
Message your provider through the patient portal, or reply to any email or text from your care team. In an emergency, such as trouble breathing, swelling of the face or throat, or chest pain, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. In a mental health crisis, call or text 988.
Often, but not always. Give your provider your full list, including supplements. Each treatment page lists the interactions that matter most.
Your questionnaire answers, prescriptions, and medical records are kept by the medical group on CareValidate's secure platform, not on Jellyphysh's website. How they may be used and shared is described in the Telehealth & Medical Consent and the medical group's Notice of Privacy Practices, available in the patient portal.
Use Log in at the top of any page. It opens the patient portal, where you manage your care, refills, and subscription.
