From your first click to your first dose, and what happens after. No vague steps, no surprises.
Start with the honest version. Every treatment page covers what it does, what the evidence supports, what we don't know, who shouldn't take it, and what it costs.
If you read something that rules you out, that's the system working.
A secure online form about your health history, medications, and goals, provided through CareValidate's telehealth platform. It opens right here on our site, but your answers go to the medical group's secure system, not to Jellyphysh's website.
Before checkout you'll review and accept the Telehealth & Medical Consent and our terms.
A provider licensed where you're located reviews your answers. Your provider may be a physician, nurse practitioner, or physician assistant with the independent medical group assigned to you. They may follow up with questions, ask for a video visit, or order labs before deciding.
They may also say no. If a treatment isn't right for you, they'll tell you why.
If your provider prescribes treatment, a licensed U.S. pharmacy in our partner network fills your prescription and ships it to you with plain-English instructions and the supplies you need.
Message your care team, ask questions, report side effects, and manage refills in the patient portal. Your provider checks in and adjusts your plan as needed.
Cancel anytime by selecting “Cancel Subscription” in the patient portal, at least 48 hours before your next billing date. If a charge goes through after a successful cancellation, it will be refunded. To change your plan, send a request through the portal's messages.

No portion of the amounts paid to Jellyphysh or CareValidate is tied to prescribing volume, clinical outcomes, or any individual clinical decision.
Your health answers, prescriptions, and medical records are kept by the medical group on CareValidate's secure platform, not on Jellyphysh's website. How they may be used and shared is described in the Telehealth & Medical Consent and the medical group's Notice of Privacy Practices in the patient portal.
That also means there's no Jellyphysh account to create. When you log in, you go straight to the patient portal.
On our own site we keep things simple: no symptom quizzes that save your answers.
Some people who start a consultation aren't good candidates. When that happens, the provider tells them, the hold on their card is released, and there's no upsell or waitlist pitch. We'd rather lose a sale than put someone at risk.
The questionnaire takes a few minutes. Your provider then reviews it; timing depends on whether follow-up or labs are needed.
